Based in Singapore, Lightfoot Travel is an award-winning luxury travel company offering a unique personal service that takes clients on amazing tailor-made holidays around the world. Lightfoot was struggling with repeat business. To keep marketing costs down, build confidence and grow, Lightfoot needed to generate loyalty and drive repeat business amongst it customer base.

Insight

Luxury travel customers aren’t particularly loyal. They view the products and services provided by agents as similar. Internet research and self-booking are also a problem. Keeping yourself front of mind and building emotional connections with existing customers plays a major role in retention and successful repeat business. Brands need to demonstrate that they go above and beyond, care about, and make customers feel special.

The Solution

Create a quarterly offline luxury travel magazine for clients, to add value, reward custom, and reinforce Lightfoot’s destination expertise. In parallel, publish the longform magazine content online to build out Lightfoots search footprint and help drive new customer growth.
